Hello, I'm doing my bachelor project in Graphic Design about BPD . I chose it because it stuck out to me as more interesting than any other illness, and I could relate to many of the symptoms. I also feel I may be suffering from mild BPD. Is anyone officially diagnosed with BPD willing to anonymously help with the project by providing me with some personal experiences I could use in my project ? I'll be designing a book and campaign that helps the patients, raises awareness and helps their family and their society understand how they are feeling and how much they are misunderstood. I wanted to include in the book entries written by actual borderline patients explaining in their own words what they felt, based on questions I will be asking. I want the project to be more personal and make the readers feel what the real suffering person is feeling. Any help would be really appreciated Thank You

I think the FAQ (either on the blog or what's been copied over here) would be a good place to start. On Tumblr, #actuallybpd and #borderlinebrilliance would be a good place to explore for personal experiences. Just make sure to get the posters permission and whatnot.

Thank you for your references, I'm having a look at them. They are great resources that explain everything, but the only thing missing are real in the moment entries from the point of view of the person who suffered this certain symptom(s). I'd really appreciate it if anyone would consider helping me with this or knows someone who is
