hey everyone
I'm feeling really energetic and really impulsive and I'm coming up with a list of less harmful ways to help me control my impulses. Thought some of you may have some input for me.
So far some of the things I use to help lessen the impulses and/or control them are:
Dyeing / cutting my hair - keeps me from doing much more intense things Reorganizing my tea or book collections Reorganizing pretty much anything actually Finger Painting/knitting/ creating (only works sometimes) Watching marathons of tv shows
I would love love love some input because I feel like I'm losing my mind.

Exercising can be a good option. I also cook sometimes.

Listening to music can help a lot, it definitely helps me. Just jam out or sing at the top of your lungs (I do it all the time in the car). Also going on car rides has helped me out too. I sometimes just like to go and drive with no destination, I just enjoy the drive and listen to music while I'm at it. Helps me think or just get away from everything for a while. Idk if you have pets but playing with them can be good too.
