Answer: Nope. Trauma disorders (PTSD, C-PTSD, Acute Stress Disorder) are the only disorders which actually require trauma.
Trauma is common in a lot of disorders (personality disorders, dissociative disorders, etc.) and can be part of the associated features supporting diagnosis, but it isn't actually required for a diagnosis to be made.
