Control- Halsey I also feel Gasoline- Halsey but idk if thats a song that a lot of bpd people identify with, its more one that resonates really strongly in the bipolar community, but since bipolar and bpd are similar sometimes maybe people here will also understand it?

Sonata No.2 by Beethoven is literally what I feel being BPD is like. Just. Listen through all the 4 movements. I have a fellow BPD person who's listened to it and agreed with me (and they are not into classical music at all). I mean, if we talk about the rapidly changing moods and emotions and all. But I've got a sort of self harm playlist although it's just called "trigger trigger come to play" so the songs are not necessarily abour self harm but they trigger my BPD ..so I doubt I should share it :3

Oh, also the song This Love by Maroon 5 - I've always interpreted it as about a relationship with someone with BPD - for some reason? Dunno if that counts, but its still a super important song to me for that reason.

Christina Perri - A Thousand Years I really like this song. For me, it's related because it reminds of of what it feels like to wait on my FP when they go days or weeks without contact.
